you can, but you need to be fairly good at soldering as they are soldered on the board. Find the correct size bulbs will be a challenge also. Buick had a better idea. No wonder thy went broke

Some years were interchangeable, some weren't If your problem is the instrument lighting, such as the odometer not displaying mileage. Then you would want to refurbish your cluster. i have the same problem. i just got back from the dealer. they said it is either an instrument cluster or ignition switch. ugh!
