when facing the engine, it's screwed into the right side of the intake manifold (big silver thingy with 2.8 numerals) just below those two hoses. On a 2.0 liter engine, the sensor is on the left side (if you're standing in front of the engine) of the intake manifold, which is the aluminum colored metal piece housed within the left side of the engine compartment.
