your crank sensor has absolutly nothing to do with the ability of the engine turning over. I would look at the wiring to the starter.
try replacing crank sensor
The starter will crank the engine over but it won't run.
A bad cam or crank sensor can cause a no start, but the engine will still crank or turn over.
i have an 89 and mine did the same thing try replacing the crank position sensor.
probably crank sensor, they are famous for that
Have you checked for fuel and spark? Camshaft sensor and or crank sensor will cause that problem as well!
No, the engine will still crank over but will not start if this sensor is bad because it controls the fuel injection circuit.
Ye, it will turn over.
way is my crank sensor over heating on my 2005 colbalt
The camshaft sensor is faulty or installed incorrectly.
You'll need to lift the car and reach over the starter, the crank sensor is mounted on the block. you won't be able to see it but you will feel the connector.
Crank shaft sensor need replaced or cam shaft sensor
