There are several reasons why your 92 Ford would turn over and not start. I personally would make sure I was getting fire to my number 1 plug SAFELY. Then I would move on to checking to see if you were getting fuel you can do this by using a fuel pressure tester. These can be purchased at your local auto parts store for about $40.00. One of these causes will most likely be causing the problem. If you find that you are getting fire and fuel I would then move on to checking your air to make sure you are getting air. This usually a diagnoses by using a scanner or something to pull the codes. Most common problem is lack of fuel or ignition.
A weak spark can be caused by a faulty ignition coil, or perhaps bad spark plug wires.
check the Distributor.
