The fuel pump relay is located in the back of the glove compartment. The relays under the hood should be for the AC compressor and the HVAC blower motor high speed. Be sure to check the fuses also.

First check all fuses and relays, get wiring dia. from owners manual and you can swap them out for known good ones in non essential circuits (relays) the fuses you can check visual, if those good see if your vehicle has an inertia switch since these can be reset and most do, make sure anti theft (flashing light) not activated. No power and no pressure are not the same thing, if you have no pressure and are assum9ing no power, you may just have a failed fuel pump.

Check ground. if that's ok, use a test lite to see if it is hot (hot wire). If it is, pump is shot.
