i don't know the rights for only Americans however here is a list of the first ten rights also known as the Bill of Rights

  1. Freedom of speech (opinion, religion, press, assembly, petition)
  2. right to bear arms
  3. no quartering of soldiers
  4. no unreasonable search and seizure (with out probable caused, must specify what you are searching for)
  5. must be indicted by a grand jury in order to face charges ( can not be tried for the same crime twice, right to remain silent)
  6. Right to a speedy and public trial ( right to an attorney)
  7. right to sue someone ( must be a minimum of 20$
  8. no excessive bail (no cruel and unusual punishment)
  9. just because a right isn't listed does not mean you don't have that right
  10. states have the right to grant and deny rights
