The following is a list of Presidents who served 2 full, four-year terms.
The people who were U.S. President no more or less than eight years are:
Franklin Roosevelt was the only president to serve more than two terms. He took office on March 4, 1933 and stayed in office until he died on April 12, 1945, having begun his fourth term on January 20, 1945/
Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Jackson, Grant, Cleveland, Wilson, Eisenhower, Reagan and Clinton have served two complete terms, as will GW Bush if he stays in office another year. In addition, FD Roosevelt served three terms and part of a fourth. Lincoln, McKinley and Nixon were elected to second terms but failed to complete them due to death or resignation. T Roosevelt and Truman each served the greater part of a term (after succeeding through death) and were then reelected to a full term in their own right. Coolidge and L B Johnson similarly won elected terms after serving the last year or so of another man's term.
At the Constitutional Convention of 1787, George Washington was chosen to preside over the proceedings. The convention was one of the greatest events in United States history, because the United States Constitution was created there. The convention had been called under the pretext of revising the Articles of Confederation, but it was determined that an entirely new and thorough document was needed.
General John Ruller Brooke served as militarygovernor of Cuba for most of the year 1899.
A female president is referred to as a "president" just like a male president. The title "president" is a gender-neutral term used to denote the leader of a country or organization, regardless of the individual's gender. In some cases, the term "madam president" may be used to specifically address or refer to a female president.
Many presidents have served two full terms.
most of them have, I'm kind of confused by your question. are you asking which one has served more than two full four year terms? if so that would FDR.
There have actually been 14 presidents who served two entire terms, from George Washington to George Bush and Barack Obama.
Julie Nixon
Actually, there have been many US Presidents who have served two full four year terms, it happens a lot. Only one person was ever elected to four terms, however, that being Franklin Delano Roosevelt. And he died during his fourth term, so he only completed three full terms.
George Washington
A number of presidents have served a full two terms, including Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Jackson, Grant, Cleveland, Wilson, Eisenhower, Reagan, Clinton, and Bush Jr. If you meant to ask who was the only president to serve two non-consecutive terms, then the answer is Grover Cleveland.

The 22nd and 24th Presidents were the same man. Grover Cleveland served as the 22nd President from 1885 to 1889, and he served again as the 24th President from 1893 to 1897. Benjamin Harrison served in the interim as the 23rd President from 1889 to 1893.Grover Cleveland is the only President to have served two non-consecutive terms.
Before the constitution there was NO president. The office of the president was created in the constitution. When Washington took the office the term was unlimited, but he served only two terms. He felt that a man should serve the people for a short time and then go home. This policy was kept by the men who followed him into the office until FDR. Roosevelt served 3 terms and the result was the 22 amendment limiting the terms of the president to two 4 year terms for a total of 8 years.
