If you mean you did a timing 'belt' change and still wont start, I tend to think your previous one broke ? If this is the case, its more than likely you have bent valves .. so do a compression test. If you didnt have a broken cam belt, recheck your timing marks and be sure you are not 108 degrees out
Make sure connections are on tight.
Check your ingnition cylinder ...
do you have gas in the tank
try replacing the spark plugs
no fuel means check fuel pump for operation.also make sure fuel filter is not full of gunk
change the crank position sensor

Make sure connections are on tight.
You may have overheated the engine or seized it.

check your wiring to starter motor,clean all contacts,if it still does not crank change starter motor.used fromscrap 75$.i know this from my own experiance.
you must have the wires on the wrong way.
