Not enough fuel is reaching the throttle body, check your fuel pressure it may be your pump going out.
Its obviously not getting fuel to the throttle body, this is most likely the fuel pump, but you should start by replaceing the fuel filter becase of the low cost.
TPS is always located on the throttle body. Even on vehicles equipped with rheostat throttles.
It is a sensor with 2 wires going into it located between air filter and throttle body.

The throttle position sensor is on the throttle shaft, on the throttle body.
driver side right behind the throttle body
It is on the throttle body, opposite where the cables attach.It is on the throttle body, opposite where the cables attach.
It is located at the throttle body on the end of the throttle shaft. The throttle body is on the intake manifold, the hose from the air filter ends up at the throttle body.
The fuel does not go to the throttle body it goes to the fuel injectors.

Start at the air filter and follow it back to where it meets the throttle body (the MAF will be the 1st sensor attached to the throttle body (closest sensor to the air filter, but located on the throttle body). The MAF sensor should be mounted on the top of the throttle body with 2 Phillips head screws holding it in ...and attach to it is 3 prong connector.
Under the throttle body
It is on the side of the throttle body should be on the back side.
It is located on the throttle body, it is on the side facing the front of the car between the throttle body and the valve cover
It is on the throttle body, on the opposite side of where the cables hook on.
