Get honing stones and install on a drill.
Use a lubricant such as WD-40 or Pb blaster to spray cylinder walls.
Run honing stones up and down inside cylinder while operating drill.
This will create a cross-hatched pattern on cylinder walls, just clean residue away and your done.
Repeat for each cylinder.
The master cylinder on a 1999 suburban is pretty easy to change. Under the dash, disconnect the clutch pedal from the cylinder rod. disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder and allow to drain into a container. Unbolt the cylinder and remove.
