How do you get sudowoodu to get out of the way in Pokemon SoulSilver?

After defeating the 3rd Gym Leader, Whitney, you head up northeast of Goldenrod City to find a Flower Shop. When you go inside, talk to one of the women there and she'll give you a SquirtBottle for your victory. Head up to Route 36, then use the SquirtBottle on Sudowoodo to wake it up. It'll be provoked and will attack. Its level is 20 and knows Flail, Low Kick, Rock Throw, and Mimic.

∙ 14y agoYou'll have to beat the 3rd gym (Whitney) and visit the flower shop that's in the same town. The girl inside gives you a Squirtle watering can BUT only if you have beat Whitney. Go in front of the Sudowoodu and spray some water on it. A battle will occur and you have a chance to catch Sudowoodu. Hope this helps :P

Oh and also, Sudwoodu is Lv. 20. I highly recommend catching Sudwoodu. (Decent moves and stats, with above-average level at the time) It took me a Pokeball, a Great Ball, and an Ultra Ball to catch this guy.

Its not a tree its a sudowoodo
Anyway go to goldenroad city to the girl watering the flowers not the kid but the adult You have to to this AFTER you beat whitney (Yes she and the miltank is beatable cause I did it in one go.) Then once you beat her and done the flower girl thing go back to route 36 and spray water on it then it will battle you. Beware that it has HIGH defense so physical moves aren't that strong against it.

Second: Go back to GoldenRod City to the flower shop.
Third: Talk to both of the ladys in there. One of them will give you s squirtbottle.
Fourth: Go back to the sudowoodo and fight it. It is level 20.

∙ 12y agothis isn't very tricky, if you know how to do it.
beat the gym in goldenrod city. Then, go to the flower shop and talk to the lady. she will give you a spraybottle. go back to the sudowoodoo tree. the flower shop girl will be there. she will ask you to use the squirtbottle on the tree or something like that. go up to the tree (sudowoodoo) and press A. it will ask you if you want to use the squirtbottle. say yes. the the sudowoodo will attack. you can beat it or catch it. then you can get past it.

When you get there, enter the burned tower and head downstairs. Entei, Raikou and Suicune will be there. Approach them, then the Gym Leader will be in the Gym.
