some where along the parking brake cable is an adjusting nut. Loosen the nut and then lock it back in place with the other nut.
If you mean the Flat tire indicator button, it's next to the parking brake.

Hi, either you get it all reset, or you can get a code to bypass the immobilser. Its put in via the door lock thing on the dash and you count the immobilizer light flashes. You can buy the code from Renault, or you can get a small programme off the net which will get the code for you, I did this and it worked fine, and there is no limit to how many times you can use the code.
If it still doesn't burn, check the ground of the light assy.
Somehow you set off the antitheft system. In order to reset it you have to unlock the drivers door with the key.

The handle is there to release the electric parking brake if it fails to release and sticks on. Lift the flap in the floor panel and pull the handle upwards, this should release the parking brake. You can then Drive the vehicle but note NO HANDBRAKE to park leave in gear with foot brake on before turning off the ignition. Otherwise you will have a runaway!!! Oh estimated cost to reset it all £500.00 or spondooolics!!!!!! NASTY Mr RENAULT!!!!

It has to be reset by a Renault dealer (or anyone with a Renault Clip diagnostic).
On a B6 Passat with EPB (Electric Park Brake), this can only be done using a diagnostic tool such as VCDS or similar.
The Fuel Pump reset is behind the parking brake release knob.

Put key in ignition in the second position and open the driver door. should reset in about 10sec.(assuming that you've changed the brake pad wear sensor)

Disconnect the battery for 15-30 Mins and it will reset automatically.
Once you correct the problem the light will go off. Can be low of brake fluid, parking brake might be partially on, defective Master Cylinder, etc. Do not ignore this light as this can cause your brakes to fail.
