How do you remove and clean the distributor cap from Daewoo Matiz 0.8L W reg Car splutters and is almost undriveable Have been told distributor cap is holding moisture condensation?

If your car is spluttering and has loss of power when taking off from lights unless using high revs etc (especially when the motor is warm) the problem is with the rotor arm sticking. It's not due to moisture. My 2002 Matiz has had to have 2 new distributors because of this problem.
