If you are speaking of the dash panel switch below you cd/radio you will have to pull parts of the dash off to access. If you've never done before consult a mechanic, and if your adventurous just start taking out the dash screws. BUT BE CAREFUL dash panels are vinyl and plastic if you miss a screw and start pulling the panel out it MAY crack or worsen the problem.
