Diconnect the negative battery cable 2.Drain the cooling system 3.disconnect the hoses at the pump 4.remove the drive belts 5.remove the Power Steering pump bracket. 6.remove the shroud and fan 7.unbolt and remove the pump. TO INSTALL 9.clean the mating surfaces thoroughly 10.using a new gasket, install the pump and tighten bolts to 13 ft. lbs. 11.reinstall all componets in reverse order. 12.after complete operate the engine with heater control valve in heat position until the thermostat opens to purge any air in system check coolant level and fill as required.

remove the wheels, then the drums and brake sfoes. There are 4 bolts that hold the hubs onto the axel. Make sure to replace the shims if present when replacing it.

on my 98 heater hoses are at the firewall to the right as you go under the hood. voyager have a tendency to clog up heater cores

I have a 1989 Plymouth Voyager and the computer is located under the hood on top of the drivers' side wheel well. It is inside the plastic housing that feeds air to the air cleaner. The air flow to the air cleaner keeps it cool.
