Should your heart beat 126 beats after a mile walk?

Yes, after a brisk walk such a level is fine - (as long as you are feeling fine.)

Does volume affect your heart rate?

Yes, heart rate is affected. Whether your fat or not, the weight you have is beeing carried so the heart has to work harder anyway. Fat can increase around the heart and still effect it by keeping it from doeing full pumps so it has to pump faster and harder.

Does the human heart beat faster when you are tired?

No. If the heart ever stops, it means that blood (which carries oxygen) no longer circulates around the body. Without oxygen going to various parts of the body (including the brain which is still working during sleep), you would die. this is possible due to the fact that heart and respiratory function is controled by the cerebelum. This dorsal part of the brain controls such functions we do not control voluntarily such as movent of your arms of legs.

What do you do if your heart beats faster than normal?

Exercise! This gets your heart pumping blood quickly. Biking, running, jumping, and all of the sort will get your heart rate up. Also, it is proven that when someone is excited or scared, their heart may beat faster. However, this does not work as well or for as long as exercise. Beware! Don't get your heart pumping too fast. Just like machinery, it needs a rest or it will conk out. If you feel tired, cramping, or pains, stop your physical activities quickly and take a break.

How long can your heart beat after you are dead?

Pacemaker cells inside the sinoatrial node in the right atrium spontaneously undergo action potentials at the rate of about 100 beats per minute. While you're alive, innervation from the autonomic system adjusts this rate to suit. These action potentials cause the cardiac muscle to contract, no input from the brain is necessary. As long as the heart muscle has enough energy, oxygen and ions etc that it requires it will continue to beat.

Why is it important the heart doesn't get tired?

The heart rests between each beat. As long as the myocardium (heart muscle) receives sufficient oxygenated blood and maintains a proper rhythm, it can (and must) perform this beat/rest cycle throughout and organism's entire life.

What else shows steady beat other than the heart?

Well, your arteries and veins also show a steady beat. But it's technically still the beating of your heart pumping blood through them. I'm pretty sure the heart is the only body part with a steady beat but you could go on for a long time about other non-anatomical things.

How long will a heart beat after dying?

Generally your heart will stop beating before you die. The only case I can think of where your heart may beat after you die is in the case of brain death, and that is only because you are on artificial life support.

What happens to the air pressure when inhalation?

When the diaphragm contracts the lungs are pulled down. This creates space in the lungs for air to rush in because air pressure is greater outside the body than inside the body. So in order to reach an equilibrium the air outside rushes into the lungs when you inhale. To my little knowledge of the body, the lungs collapse on exhaling and expand on inhaling. As the brain controls everything, except the heart, the heart has cells which can think for itself. If the brain stopped functioning, the heart can still beat as long as it has oxygen in the lungs. As soon as the air is used up the heart will eventually stop. When you sleep your heart keeps the lungs inhaling and exhaling to maintain life until you awake. Then the brain goes into a rest period and just gives the heart and lungs a slight electric shock to keep them going. If Im wrong here please let me know.
