take the door panel off & power up the motor directly with jumper wires. if this won't work the motor is probably not working & will need to be replaced.
i would first check to see if power window master switch is good usually if more than one window doesnt work, that's where the problem isfords also have a lock on the master switch for windows other than driver window. check that is not engaged
check to see if the window switch of the driver's side is getting power, if you are getting power to the switch and the switch is sending power out to the motor but the motor is not responding the motor needs to be replaced
The dealer, or salvage yard.
The led light in the window switch is not replaceable. It is only serviced with the entire switch.
You can find the window relay switch inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the window relay switch.
Well if everything else is working, then the window itself maybe stuck. That maybe the only that could be wrong with it.
From my 07 manual:Start the engine. Push down and hold the driver's window switch until the window is fully open.Pull and hold the driver's window switch to close the window completely, then hold the switch for about 2 seconds.
Maybe its your driver-side window regulator that stopped working.
window make a noise, but won't roll down

Both window switch on the front door will lower the window, the problem is that both switch will not raise the window back up to its close position and also the master window switch on the Driver's side will not operate all the time nor will the master door lock on the driver's side lock the passenger side door. On several ocasion the driver's side window switch lowered it's window and it would'nt raise the window back up unless after quite a few minutes playing with the window switch, opening the door, etc.
if the passenger windows works than your motor went out inside of your left window assembly, or your button doesnt work anymore
how do you replace front passenger window switch on a 2000 chev malibu
If the question was referring to the operation of the drivers side window - then, the answer is that it should not have had any effect on the operation of that switch at all. Altho I don't like coincidences, I suppose that it is possible that the switch may just happened to fail at the same time the battery was replaced. : The AUTO function has to be reset. : 1) Start the engine. Push down on the driver's window switch until the window is fully open. : 2) Pull back on the driver's window switch to close the window completely, then hold the switch in that position for a second or two more. : If the power windows don't reset, then have your Honda dealer check them out. : Bikerbc
the switch is on the door panel approx four inches from the window, this is the only switch that sends power to the window regulator motor (window motor).
You installed the switch wrong.
Try swapping it with the driver's side switch
