the fuel reset switch is directly behind the glove box, to reset it you just push the button on the top of the switch.
The fog lamps are activated on a 2000 Grand Cherokee via the headlight switch. Pull the END of the lever OUT.
You will have to replace the regulator assembly.

I had a similar problem. Look for loose and/coroded wire connections in the master window switch of the driver's door. You'll have to remove the door panel to gain access. Also - take a look at the wire harness in the driver's door between the door and body frame at the bottom - those wires frequently get pinched and sometimes cut.

If the window won't go up from only one switch it is most likely that switch. If it won't go up from the driver controls or the control on that window's door, then you probably have a problem with the window motor.
It is a three wire switch on the driver side of the transmission.
