This MAY be caused by the fact the cam shaft was binding from no oil and put added stress on the timing belt causing it to break. The camshaft will be first to starve from a LOW OIL or NO OIL state. Hope this was helpful.

It's most likely the electrical system, and it sounds like the moisture is causing a short somewhere.
If the car turns over, gets gas and just will not start try the ignition module. CAR TURNS OVER
your coil pack might be going bad

when you are doing the kickflip you might be pushing out (in front of you) to much and that could be causing it to do that.

If it turns over but won't start, it could be a number of things. You must determine if ts getting fuel as well as a spark. Me f the simple things t could be is a bad cam position señor. Start there.
