this can sometimes be a confusing answer, I will try to clearify it as much as i can. According to Saturn timing specifications, the internal fireing order for the Saturn 1.9L motor, both Single overhead cam, or Twin cam is as follows: Left to right 1-3-4-2 If you are routing spark plug wires, and need to know the order of wires from the coils to the engine, the order is as follows: Left to right 4-1-2-3
First mark the drive shaft location at both ends. Remove the bolts holding the U-Joint together and drop the driveshaft. The U-joints are installed and glued at the factory to the rear end and yoke of the drive shaft. Heating the end caps with a torch will force the glue out of the side weep holes where it was injected. Clean well and install new U-Joint and expansion clips provided. Reinsall Drive Shaft to markings.
