A good moveset for Eevee is Last Resort, Shadow Ball, Iron Tail and Take Down.
With Eevee, it should be EVed trained in Special Defense, Vaporeon should be EVed trained in HP, Flareon should be EV trained in Attack, Jolteon should be EV trained in Speed, Glaceon should be EV trained in Special Attack, Leafeon should be EV trained in Defense, Espeon should be EV trained in Special Attack and Umbreon should be EVed trained in Special Defense.
Umbreon according to some people's opinions is better for Special Defense while Espeon is better for Special Attack while Umbreon has better defensive stats. Espeon is better with offensive stats.

if you want to evolve eevee into umbreon i suggest give the item "soothe bell" to eevee then level him/her up untill he/she evolves its just like golbat he needs max happiness to evolve all you need for golbat is a soothe bell and training same for eevee!!!! how do I know: i have the game and it worked perfectly.

You can go to the foot step guy out side of pastoria city and he will tell you what your eevee thinks of you or you can check the friendship app. so once you'ev done these things your eevee should have two small hearts at least. then you need to level up your eevee to level 21 at night witch is between 8pm and 4am then you should have umbreon! espeon o the same like with umbreon but level eevee up between 4am and 8pm. The only way to do so is to trade the Eevee to Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum Versions, level it up in Eterna Forest, then trade it back to SoulSilver.
