umbreon: to get an umbreon you need to feed your eevee protein and iron that you can get at the big mall in veilstone city 2nd floor and you can either give your eevee the exp share and battle with a different Pokemon and level eevee up as well or just level eevee up in the wild the day care wont work you can also give it the sooth bell witch will increase the effect of those metheds. You can go to the foot step guy out side of pastoria city and he will tell you what your eevee thinks of you or you can check the friendship app. so once you'ev done these things your eevee should have two small hearts at least. then you need to level up your eevee to level 21 at night witch is between 8pm and 4am then you should have umbreon!
espeon o the same like with umbreon but level eevee up between 4am and 8pm.

∙ 12y agoTo evolve Eevee into Umbreon you need to make it very happy and level it up at night. Depending on which game you have, this time will vary (i.e. in Heart Gold/Soul Silver night is from 8pm to 4am). It takes a while to get it that happy, but walking with it (having it in the first spot in your team), making sure it doesn't faint in battle, feeding it berries that it likes...etc. There are plenty of guides on how to increase happiness (search Google). Just take care of it and it will evolve once it has reached the high happiness level at a point when it is leveling up. The actual level doesn't matter.

∙ 12y agoIf you talk to a woman in the Eternapokemon center she will give you a friendship checker.If the Pokemon has 2 small hearts that grow into big hearts than you can level up your Pokemon between 8p.m.-4a.m. to get the dark eevee if you want a the pink/purple one you need to level it up between4a.m.-8p.m.

∙ 14y agoEvee will evolve to Umbreon at Night make sure the time of the day on your pokegear says Night.
On some games (like the Mystery Dungeon ones) you can just use a Moon Stone on the thing. Otherwise (like on Diamond & Pearl) you have to build up max friendship be walking around while it's in your party, then wait for night to level it up. Make sure it says night, though, and not evening or early morning, or you'll end up with an Espeon.

You don't need a stone in order to get an Umbreon in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver but what you do need in order to get an Umbreon in HeartGold and SoulSilver is an Eeevee and then you have to level it up until it has a high amount of happiness and then evolve it at night which is any time between 8 PM and 4 AM in-game. 0----->> You don't actually have to lvl up a Pokemon to get happiness you can just walk with it in your party or put a sooth bell on it and walk with it in your party . A haircut Is nice also upping its stats with stat potions. If you can get it happy with you with out lvling you can have a Umbreon @ lvl2 and since it starts getting Umbreon attacks (instead of Eevee attack) at lvl 15 you want that critter happy with you BEFORE then. What I would do is get Eevee and then breed it with Ditto and get several lvl1 Eevees and then make them happy with you for Espeon and Umbreon and just use stones on the rest for the other Eevelutions, not sure thought how to get the new ones from DPP though haven't researched that yet. Probably just trade.
