It's behind the glovebox inside the HVAC case.
On the passenger side, way back, under the exhaust manifold.
1996 was the date that all vehicles sold in the US had to use r134a but you may find 95 models that use it as well.
camshaft position sensor is used to help the PCM (powertrain control module) determine the correct firing order. The engine will not run without this sensor's input. The camshaft position sensor is a Hall effect sensor. The Hall effect type of cam sensor uses notches or shutter blades on the cam gear or balancer to disrupt a magnetic field in the Hall effect sensor window. This causes the sensor to switch on and off, producing a digital signal or Hall-effect signal to the PCM that it uses to determine when #1 cylinder comes up on top-dead center (TDC). This sensor information is used to phase the sequential firing of the fuel injectors during normal SFI operation.
www.motorcraft.com doesn't list a DPFE sensor for the 1989 F150 with a 4.9 L ( 300 cubic inch ) straight 6 engine
The sensor is located in the sensor assembly. It is inside of the transmission, the pan will have to be dropped to gain access.
The delta pressure feed back egr sensor is located on the intake manifold. It is a metallic rectangular thingy with vacuum lines and a connector on it.
It is located on the right side of the throttle body under the plastic cover on the top of the engine. It is a metal box with one wire connector and 2 rubber tubes on the bottom.
i Would say not far from the The Face Bonnit ( Motor ) Engine ..
It's on the front passenger side of the engine, it's a small square sensor with two vaccum hoses on the bottom and an electrical connection on the right-very easy to change
www.motorcraft.com does not list a MAP sensor for a 1996 F150 4.9 L ( 300 cubic inch ) straight 6 cylinder They list a remanufactured air mass sensor ( mass airflow sensor )
this sensor is inside the distrib.
fuel pressure sensor is located on the tank
On a 2004 Ford F150, the vehicle speed sensor is located on the driveshaft of the transmission. Some models of 2004 Ford F150s use an ABS sensor instead of a vehicle speed sensor.
where is the crankshaft position sensor a bank 1 circuit malfunction on a 2003 f150 at
on the top of the differential
