Why would 96 Sebring have extremely rough acceleration and die if pedal depressed more than quarter in even tho injectors cleaned and new plugs and wires but runs fine if air temp is below 40 degrees?

Sounds like a fueling problem. Replace fuel filter, if problem persists, check fuel pressure.
Good fuel pressure does not always mean your fuel pump is good.
You need a fuel pressure tester with a relief valve. Connect tester, start and run engine. With engine running depress relief valve on tester. (make sure fuel runs into safe location).
With relieve valve depressed, if engine dies, you are not getting enough volume, and need to replace your fuel pump.
