Clutches don't have fluid. You must be talking about the Transmission Fluid. You should consult your manual, but it must be like all other vehicles in that there is a drain plug on the bottom of the transmission which you take out, drain the fluid, replace the plug, and fill up the fluid by dumping it into the dipstick tube. Use a funnel, consult the manual for capacity.

Can the clutch on 2001 peugeot 106 be adjusted?

The clutch on a 2001 Peugeot 106 is typically not adjustable in the traditional sense, as it uses a hydraulic clutch system. If you experience issues with clutch engagement or disengagement, it may indicate wear or a need for replacement rather than adjustment. However, you can check the fluid level and condition, as low fluid or air in the system can affect performance. For more significant issues, consulting a mechanic is recommended.
