The Craftsman Zero-Turn mower I bought brand new worked great for the first few seasons, now it's a great Golf cart but won't cut at all due to the engine coming loose from the frame and messing up a bunch of other components. The engine almost fell off, yet Sears only response is that I should have kept their product under warranty. They, nor I, will ever have to worry about me dealing with their products again.
