they are both the same so yes.
i have a 22re engine in my pick up aqnd i use 10w30 all year round
you cannot use that head you will never get the timing in engine right The head of an 85 4x4 is the same as on 86 2wd pickup are the same on 22r or 22re. the only difference is the fuel pump has been capped off for the 22re. You probably got the head from a 4x4 with a different engine.
The 22r engine was used mainly by the Toyota car brand. Though they don't see as much use in this day and age, some Toyota models still use modified versions of this engine.
Full synthetic SAE 10w30.
85-95 Pickups and 4-Runners; also the 83-85 Celica

Typically a 22R engine. It's the workhorse of that era and very reliable. I had one that was junked at 356,000 miles.
yes you can you have to use a socket on the crankshaft bolt and turn in the dirtection of the engine would run in
It transfers power from the alternator to the crankshaft and the camshaft to make your engine work.
They burn it in cylinders of internal combustion engine. Heat from burning pushes pistons, causing crankshaft to rotate. Rotation of crankshaft turns wheels.
The best way to find this out is with the users manual. You can use the diagram that is there to figure out the engine.
To loosen the crankshaft bolt on a Mazda 323, first, ensure the engine is stable and secure, then remove any components obstructing access to the crankshaft pulley. Use a breaker bar or a ratchet with the appropriate socket on the crankshaft bolt, and rotate it counterclockwise. For added leverage, you may need to brace the flywheel or use a crankshaft pulley holder tool to prevent the engine from turning. Always follow your vehicle's service manual for specific instructions and torque specifications.
