I just changed the fluid in my Lincoln, although I don't recommend it because it tastes nasty it worked. I placed a hose into the trans filler pipe and syphoned the old fluid out. Worked fine, make sure you have a container large enough to "catch" old fluid and wash your mouth out if you should get mouthful.
