same way you remove any other engine. Disconnect all electrical connectors marking them as you go (masking tape works well), get a cherry picker (engine lift/jack) attach to the lift hooks which are usually mounted near the front and rear of the cylinder head, jack it up to get a little tension, remove all Plumbing (ac, power steering pump, etc). Unbolt tranny and any remaining cables ground wires etc. Remove engine mount bolts and jack up slowly guiding the block out of the engine compartment.
Well if you look at the 240sx you will see that although the engine size is the same KA24E the engine on the 240sx is SIDEWAYS.

None, you have to fabricate a custom one.
you have to take the throttle body support bracket loose. it is under the bottom mounted to the engine. you cannot remove it otherwise. I know as i did the same.
I own a 97 pickup with a ka24e and the vacuum diagram is right on the hood. But a local Nissan dealership should be able to print a copy of one from their service manual for you.
If it's a KA24E engine it's 1,3,4,2.
I wouldn't know eactly, but here something may be it'd be helpful. 1. Find out if KA24DE and KA24E have the same engine block. if it is, then it should fit. 2. KA24DE and KA24E Trans Auto/5-Speed Fits Perfect. 3. You can easily find out just by looking at the oilpan gasket. Check out oil pan gasket for a KA24DE and KA24E and see if they match size and shape. Bolt size are usually/most likely to be same, since it IS KA series engine.. Hope that helps... goodluck.
Yes, all auto transmissions from 89 to 98 are the same for the 240sx and are interchangeable.
WILL A 240SX COMPUTER BOX FIT IN A KA24E HARDBODY
Yes it will , S14 transmissions also have an unnecessary crank angle sensor on top of the bell housing you can remove.
