To remove the kick panel on a 1992 Acura Legend, first, ensure the vehicle is turned off and the key is removed. Locate the screws or clips securing the kick panel; these are typically found at the top and bottom edges. Use a screwdriver to remove any screws, and then gently pry the panel away from the clips, taking care not to damage them. Once free, you can lift the panel out of its position.

the fuce for the brake lights is located in the kick panel, witch is also located on the drivers side left were your feet rest when you drive, also this is known as the fuse panel. you will need to remove the 3"x3"cover in order to get to it
You can find the heater core behind the kick plate in your 1993 Acura Legend. Remove the water hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.

first you need to remove the door sill plastic panels, just lift them right up and then pull the kick panel plastic back towards the B pillar that should remove them
