Look under the panel where the dashlights are, there should be 2 screws.

You need to remove the dash panel. It will allow you to get access to many connectors and it will be easier to remove the harness.
Remove Lower Dash Panel passenger side. Remove glove box. Remove middle dash panel (below glove box). ECU is attached to the back of middle dash panel.
