Take the trans out, the clutch is inside the trans ^_^
changing the water pump is quite involved. I recommend a manual. The BGB is expensive, but is well worth it.

The 1991 Toyota MR2 came in three different variants each supplying different levels of power. The 5S-FE, 3S-GE, and 3S-GTE. The GTE came standard with a turbocharger.
The clutch is hydrolic and should adjust automaticly unless there is a leak or air in the line. there is really no way of adjusting it manually
