Pretty simple really just use a lug wrench ( there is one supplied with the vehicle ) and the appropriate key if it a security nut and remove it, then screw the new one on and tighten.
remove the six lug nuts
I presume it is the same with any other car, remove the wheel nuts and then change the tyre then re fasten the wheel nuts.
I have 1995 Honda Passport (same as Isuzu Rodeo) and it came stock with 16 inch aluminum wheels. The bolt pattern is 6 lug nuts. The tire size is P245/70 R16 (please note that on tire size the R16 stand for 16 inch wheels)

The 1999 Nissan windshield wiper linkage is held in place by three retaining nuts. Remove the retaining nuts and the linkage will come free. Replace the linkage with new linkage.
To replace lug bolts on an Isuzu Trooper, first, securely lift the vehicle using a jack and support it with jack stands. Remove the wheel by loosening the lug nuts with a wrench, then take off the wheel to access the lug bolts. Use a lug bolt extractor or a suitable tool to remove the old bolts from the hub, then insert the new bolts, ensuring they are properly aligned. Finally, reattach the wheel, hand-tighten the lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and then fully tighten the nuts to the manufacturer's specifications.
Remove the wing nuts from inside the trunk. Just pull the housing out after.
If you are refering to the cam belt tensioner, they are spring loaded and self adjusting. The V6 tensioner can lose tension and become very noisy, if this is the case, replace the belt and tensioner. If, however, you have an ealier model, you will have up to 3 manual tensioners. Tightening the bolts on these loosens then tentioner (moves the wheel down) IMPORTANT: Don't forget to tighten the lock nuts when you're done adjusting!! :)
To remove the back tire of an Isuzu Ascender, first ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Loosen the lug nuts slightly while the tire is still on the ground, then raise the rear of the vehicle with a jack and secure it with jack stands. Once elevated, fully remove the lug nuts and take off the tire. Remember to replace the lug nuts in a star pattern when reattaching the tire for proper torque distribution.
Depends on alot of things- how tight were they made? are the studs and nuts rusted?, etc.
