its behind the timing belt. first remove the p/s pump and bracket, then the alt. belt. remove the upper and lower timing belt covers. make sure to align crank to top dead center. remove timing belt and you should be able to remove the water pump at that point. use a factory Honda/Acura water pump. the aftermarket parts ate garbage. make sure not to mess up the timing when reinstalling the t-belt and adjuster assy.

The main fuel pump relay is behind the fuse panel on the drivers side. It has a connector which will need to be unpluged and a screw holding it to a bracket. The new one will go in place of the old one.
