If you are talking about the front speakers, then start by removing the door panels. There are two screws on the rear edge of the door panel. There is a screw behind door handle and one in the vent of the door. Two screws on the front edge of the door panel and four screws (three of which are hidden behind the carpet) on the lower portion of the panel. Lift panel up off the door. There are two electrical plugs (door light and power window/door locks) that you have to unplug.

Set door panel aside. Four screws for the speakers. If aftermarket speakers are being used, then you need to drill four new holes for the screws to hold new speaker in. Also, you will have to cut the speaker plug and rewire with connectors to adapt to new speakers.

Re attach door panel in reverse as you removed.

What size are the speakers for a 1994 eclipse?

It depends. In my 1994 Eclipse GS there were 3.5" speakers in the dash, 6.5" speakers in the doors and 6X9" speakers in the back. I think some have 6.5" in the back and some do not have the 3.5" in the dash. Best to have someone who knows what they are doing take a look at it. Some people put tweeters where the 3.5" are others just unhook the dash speakers and replace the door speakers with high quality 6.5" Good Luck.

Is Jeep Cherokee wired for rear speakers?

If you have a Cherokee from 1984-1996 with speakers that would have gone in the tailgate, then if you take off the interior tailgate panel (be careful not to break any clips!) and the wiring should be behind it. Just install your new speakers and replace the interior tailgate panel. If you have a Cherokee from 1997-2001 with speakers that would have gone in the ceiling, then take down the headliner temporarily and wiring will be in the roof. It's probably easiest to get a soundbar off of eBay or at your local junkyard and install the bracket and soundbar in the factory location, then connect the wires to the speakers in the soundbar. There is always rear speaker wire going from the radio in the front to speakers in the rear.

How do you replace the dash speckers on a 1994 cavalier?

On the far left and far right of the dashboard there are 2 vented compartments that pop out. Your speakers are located here. Take these off, unscrew the old speakers, disconnect speaker wires, and remove speakers. To install new speakers, do the same steps, just in reverse.

How do you install rear speakers for a 1994 Toyota 4Runner?

You have to take the whole back panel off. start from the tailgate there are parts to unscrew and then most of it comes off by pulling it off. there are plastic push pins in the plastic interior that needs to be removed and the speakers are under that Try to use Toyota speaker adapter plugs so you don't need to cut wires and mess the electric system up. You can get them from Ebay or Amazon.

How do you remove the rear speakers on a 1999 Toyota Avalon?

To remove the rear speakers from a 1999 Toyota Avalon, start by carefully prying off the speaker grille using a flat screwdriver or trim tool. Once the grille is removed, unscrew the speakers from their mounting positions. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of each speaker, and then you can take the speakers out. Be sure to handle all components gently to avoid damaging the interior.
