Open the tailgate and look between the tail light assembly and the tailgates weather striping. You will see two galvanized Phillips head screws. Remove them and pull outward and the tail light unit will pop out. The bulbs are screwed into the back of the tail light assembly.
Remove the head light cover plate, then remove head light braket, once you have done that pull the light out and un-plug it.
There is a small slot on the hard plastic cover near the end of the dome light you will need a small flat head screw driver insert the screw driver in that slot use a back and forth motion to remove it.

The timing light reset if i remember is behind the speedo. Remove the speedo head and clocks and look on the back. There should be a little jumper in some terminals and next to it there should be some empty terminals. Just remove jumper from one and put into other, this should reset timing belt light.

Remove the Philips screw on each corner of the bumper. Remove the clips that hold the grill and bumper to the radiator support. Pull the bumper forward. Remove the 10mm bolts that mount the head light to the radiator support. Remove the 10mm bolt that mounts the head light to the fender. Remove the 10mm bolt that mounts the head light to a bracket near the bumper beam.
May have to remove the head for access or to drill them out
You need to remove the head light, which is rather simple, and reach through the opening from the head light to replace the light bulb for the blinker.
