In your 1993 Honda Accord, all the speaker wires typically connect to the car's factory amplifier or the head unit (stereo) located in the dashboard. The amplifier may be integrated into the stereo or could be a separate unit in the trunk, depending on the audio system configuration. If you’re upgrading or troubleshooting, ensure you trace the wires back to the correct component for proper connection.
My guess would be speaker wire.
At the back of the cone where the wires connect in
First you need to build or buy a box that fits the style of your trunk, then install your subwoofers into the box. Before you put the box in your trunk install your amp and wires. Feed your subwoofer wires through the side of the back seat, there should be a hole in the firewall that leads into the trunk, you will need someone to pull the wires through the fire wall into the trunk while your feeding the wires through the wall. Then connect your speaker wires to the inputs of your subwoofers then set your box in the trunk and slide it back as far as you can(all the way back if possible) and that should do it!!!
your wires maybe touching or the speakers are blown
I'd check the speaker wires although my first suspicion would be the old, stock speakers. Do they rattle or emit no sound at all?
Open the trunk and disconnect the electric wires there. Go in the back seat and remove the covers/unscrew them.
If speaker systems have Amplifier (home made).... Then you just combine their inputs so that ground couples with ground and signal input wires attached to the input wires or with connector.
A cable wire that looks like a Y is needed to connect a laptop to a stereo. This cable allows you to use the single output jack on the laptop to connect to the left and right inputs on the stereo.
To replace the rear speakers in a 2002 Grand Am GT that has a 4-wire setup with a 2-wire speaker, you'll need to identify the positive and negative wires from the original 4-wire harness. Typically, two of the wires will be for each speaker (positive and negative). Connect the positive wire from the 2-wire speaker to one of the positive wires from the harness, and connect the negative wire to one of the negative wires. Ensure proper connections and insulation to avoid shorts.
To bypass the amplifier on a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse, you can connect the speaker wires directly from the head unit to the speakers, effectively bypassing the factory amp. First, locate the harness that connects to the amplifier and remove it. Then, identify the appropriate speaker wires and connect them directly to the corresponding speaker wires from the head unit. Make sure to secure all connections properly to prevent any short circuits.
it can effect the quality of the speakers :) :)
To connect a Cambridge SoundWorks bass speaker, first ensure that your audio source (like a receiver or amplifier) is powered off. Use an RCA cable to connect the subwoofer output from your audio source to the subwoofer's input. If the subwoofer has speaker wire terminals, connect the speaker wires from your main speakers to the subwoofer's output, then connect the subwoofer to the power source. Finally, power on your audio equipment and adjust the settings as needed.
