90 weight gear oil.
Regular oil You most likely have a FM-145 or FM-146. Use Sae 80w in your manual tranny.
For engine oil(tranny), i used 10/40 oil. For the tank, i just dumped in some 2 stroke racing oil
a Honda takes premix and can take 4 strike motor oil for tranny oil
Oil lines to the suspension should be for the power steering system.
most motorcycles do not have separate tranny fluid, the motor oil is also lube for tranny.
it should be checked or added with every oil change. You will need gear oil for a manual tranny. you will find the plug somewhere on the tranny.
On a 1991 Honda Prelude 2.1SI, the Oil Sensor is located slightly above the Oil Filter.
dex/merc 3 automatic tranny fluid
5w30 motor oil. It's your personal preference if you want to use standard, blended, or synthetic motor oil.
10-30 motor oil
Find the drain plug on the tranny oil pan. Loosen it and the fluid should start to drain - remove the plug all the way and let the contents go into a pan. When doing this, one also needs to change the tranny oil filter - this is accomplished by removing the tranny oil pan and changing it.
