The Transmission Fluid drain plug on a 2006 Acura TSX is located on the bottom of the transmission pan. It's a hex-headed bolt, typically requiring a 10mm socket to remove. Before draining, make sure to have a suitable container to catch the fluid, and consider checking the owner's manual for specific instructions and torque specifications when reinstalling the plug. Always take precautions to ensure the vehicle is securely lifted and supported.

I believe that your 2006 is similar to my 2000 and 1996 models. When you drain the fluid via the drain plug on the driver's side of the transmission, refill is about 4 quarts. This is not the same as the total capacity of the transmission because you cannot drain the torque converter this way. Changing the fluid every year is the best way to extend the life of your transmission.
I really doubt that there is a drain plug for the tranny, usually you have to unbolt the tranny fluid pan and take it down to get to the filter and drain the fluid.
