Look up underneath the dash near the steering wheel - you should see a white-coloured socket with multiple holes in it. This is the OBDII connector.
on the sides of the valve covers.... their are 4, they are black in color, they each have a 2 pin connector on them.
I have the coupe model, so it may be different, however, on my 95 Subaru Impreza, the OBD connector is under the dash, on the left side of the steering wheel. you'll see a little plastic pocket of sorts, and on the upper surface you should see a little door. the connector is located under that door.
