Vaccum leak. check all of the connectors that have anything to do with vaccum. If there is a crack, tear, worn into and looking like it could be ok but not sure, remove the vaccum line and inspect it close up for any damage. if your vaccum is not properly working, as soon as your car is at warm curb idle speed, it will die.
