It was Prof. Dr. Safa Abdulaziz Khulusi. famous Iraqi writers, poets and Arabic grammar king. He was born in Iraq in Khanekin 1917th wrote many books on Arabic grammar. In 1968 he emigrated to England, Oxford and was Proffessor for Arabic language there. He is also the editor of the Oxford Dictionary Arabic-English
