Volkswagen polos have two ways, one is to cut the board, but you want to put it in the doors, so lets see, the door handle has to parts, if u are holding it youll see tha the rear part can come off, just pull it to the rear of the door , inside there is two spline like screws, loosen those and if i remember correctly, the rest of the panel just clips of, be carefull, those thing break easily, this is on a 2003,2004 south African model, so i hope that is what u have, enjoy N.L
