To change the Transmission Fluid in a Lexus 330 ES, first, ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and warm up the engine. Next, remove the transmission fluid pan, drain the old fluid, and replace the filter if applicable. Reinstall the pan with a new gasket, refill the transmission with the appropriate fluid through the dipstick tube, and check the fluid level with the engine running. Always consult your owner's manual for specific fluid types and capacities.
A lexus rx 330 2005 uses toyota atf type t-iv fluid
My 2005 ES330 manual says 60,000 miles,be very carefull of the transmission fluid that is used, book says ONLY Toyota T type 4 trans fluid, only place I could find it was at a Toyota or Lexus dealer, but its not too expensive
If its out of warranty take it to Toyota dealership and ask for a "drain and fill" Shouldn't cost much more than about 2x the price of an oil change... This drain and fill process only drains about 40% if the fluid since a large part of it remains in the torque converter. After about 3 drain and fills you have in essence replaced all the transmission fluid. I suggest transmission drain and fills be done every 30,000km at least. USE GENUINE TOYOTA TRANSMISSION FLUID type T-IV only......

The transfer case goes between the transmission and differentials. This transfer case keeps your vehicle in all wheel configuration.
According to the Gates website : The 2004 Lexus ES330 , 3.3 liter V6 : Has a timing BELT , it is NOT an interference engine , change the timing belt at 90,000 miles
On a 2004 Lexus ES 330 : The timing belt would be under a cover on the end of the engine that faces towards the passenger side of the vehicle
I have one. What did you need to know?
