easy as pie...... take the tire/ wheel off form there you only have 2 bolts to remove they'll be pointed at you with the head on the engine side of the brake caliper remove those and set the caliper on your springs DO NOT let them just hang. then pull your rotor straight off. Remember always change your pads and rotors together for best results. and don't touch the braking surface with you hand oils will cause the brakes to shutter and grab irregularly

remove brake seats then remove the brake knuckles , then you'll need a wheel hub puller or a slide hammer.
Remove the rotors and take them to a machine shop for inspection. If there is not much damage they can be turned.
The most common cause of that is the front brake rotors are out of round / warped. Replace rotors are have them turned.
take the wheels off, unbolt the brake calipers and the pull them off and now you can just pull the rotors off.

Tap on the rotors with a hammer, after removing the tire and wheel and the brake assembly. The rotors will come loose. Slide the rotors off and reverse the process.
