Replacing ignition coils will not guarantee that your misfiring codes will disappear nor that it will solve the problem. I had the same problem in my 2000 CE and so far, after replacing spark plugs, wires, coils and testing the fuel injectors haven't been able to fix the problem. However if you want to replace the coils it is rather simple. It has 3 coils located on top in front of the engine. Detach the wires and unscrew the bolts and you should be able to pull them out and replace them in the same way.

To fix a cylinder 2 misfire on a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.5, start by checking the spark plug and ignition coil for cylinder 2, as either could be faulty. Replace the spark plug if it appears worn or damaged, and test or replace the ignition coil if it’s not functioning correctly. Next, inspect the fuel injector for cylinder 2 for clogs or malfunctions and clean or replace it if necessary. Finally, check for any vacuum leaks or issues with the engine’s compression that might contribute to the misfire.
