To replace the rack and pinion steering on a 2002 Kia Rio, first, safely lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels. Disconnect the steering shaft from the rack, then drain the Power Steering fluid. Unbolt the rack and pinion assembly from its mounts and remove any connected hoses. Install the new rack by reversing the steps, ensuring all connections are secure, and refill the power steering fluid before testing the steering.

Bent shaft, replace PS pump
Replace the power steering pump located just right of the windshield washer fluid reservior in the left front corner of the engine compartment. Add power steering fluid and replace serpentine belt. (Belt part #: 425K4)
might want to look on youtube for that. But you just un bolt it to replace it.
The Kia Sedona does not have a power steering belt. The power steering pump is electronic and does not require a belt.
The squealing could be that you need to add power steering fluid. Also you should check the belt that operates the power steering pump, if bad replace it. If the power steering pump is full and the belt is ok, then you may need to replace the power steering pump.
