The washer fluid reservoir in the middle under the hood slides forward and out. Once you've pulled it off its tray, move it to the side and you'll be able to see the power steering reservoir below where the washer fluid was.

I've been working on an 85 Oldsmobile with a V8 and I replaced the power steering pump. There are about three holes on the pulley itself, line one of the holes up with a nut on the other side of the pump and loosen to move the pump along a bracket.
