alot of times the computer needs to be reset (or codes cleared)...try this, disconnect the battery leave it off 10 minutes reconnect and see if this cleared it.......if not, do same thing, but when reconnected turn motor on and off, about five times.......should reset if not will have to go to shop and have codes cleared..........if a shop disconnected battery for other repairs they should (if this doesn't fix for you) clear the codes for you.........
If a portable computer, such as a MacBook, quits when disconnected from outlet power, it probably has a battery problem. Take it to a service provider if you can not determine if the battery is dead yourself.

My answer came from another forum. The user had a Wacom Tablet. Once he disconnected it, the jiggle stopped. I had the same problem and disconnected my Wacom Tablet and stopped the mouse pointer problem.
you should check your transmission, i have the same problem and it ended up being one of the gears being burned out, even after i disconnected the plugs, it could have something to do with a sensor but then again this is my experience
