check to see if there is any Power Steering fluid if yes then your pump could be bad
I'm no mechanic, but it sounds like you are low on power steering fluid, check it out...
It sounds like the steering wheel is locked, try to wiggle the wheel at the same time you turn the key.
It may be in need of lubrication.
The back of the PWC is pushed to the left when a PWC's steering control is turned to the right.
If you have the steering wheel turned at an angle it could cause the locking rod to the transmission to jam or stick. Try wiggling the steering wheel back and forth a little.
remove steering wheel , there is an little botton in the colum to push ine when igntion is turned to the on position , then pull on igntion .
It is the power steering pump working hard and making the belt slip, try not holding the steering wheel all the way till it stops or backing off a little when it is turned as far as it can go.

Under steering is when a car is in a turn and it continue straight or pushes the front end through the turn while the steering wheel is turned.
